Students from Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School and their instructor, UDC Music Program graduate Francis Richards, enjoyed the the UDC Small Jazz Ensembles’ Black History Month Celebration led by Allyn Johnson. The concert featured a performance by percussionist Frankey Grayton II who presented his Junior Recital.
