Strategic Planning Process – 2022-2023
Over the past year, we have been hard at work engaging our internal and external stakeholders in our strategic planning process to build on the momentum of The Equity Imperative. This broad outreach and engagement traversed the UDC community through various modalities, including surveys, office hours, town hall meetings, interviews, and focus groups. This has led to the creation of three strategic goals that provide the framework for the next iteration of the strategic plan: Identity, Partnerships and the UDC Experience. We will continue these efforts, finalizing the work plan and moving toward plan implementation. We closed out the year with a final town hall with an overview of the work to date and next steps. We anticipate that a final work plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees for their approval at their September meeting and will coordinate another town hall in the fall to share the new plan with the Firebird community.
