TMCF Leadership Institute and Conference
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute is a power-packed 5-day virtual career and professional development conference that prepares carefully selected students from the 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs), to compete in today’s very competitive global workforce.
The award-winning Leadership Institute is a TMCF national program intended to develop students’ leadership skills, provide organizations access to a talented and diverse student population, and help students make connections that lead to careers including jobs, internships, and more. A key component of this experience is the Recruitment Fair where Fortune 500 businesses/employers/companies, government agencies, and graduate program representatives will offer jobs, internships, and continuing education opportunities for the student participants.
Students must apply to attend the Leadership Institute and undergo a rigorous interview process before being selected to participate. TMCF additionally offers students other opportunities including scholarships, internship programs, mentorship programs, networking opportunities, and much more.
