Model G20 Summit – UDC Delegation

Students in the College of Arts and Sciences Political Science Program were selected to participate in a three-day simulated G20 Summit at the School of International Service at American University. Undergraduate and graduate students from around the world, along with young professionals, discussed issues that  included climate and energy, migration and refugees, gender equality, international trade and tariffs, global tax cooperation, and the future of work. These topics reflect the agenda of the next meeting of the official G20. Delegates from the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, Organization of American States and the International Labor Organization were also present at this summit.
