Attention UDC Community

Today, Tuesday, February 26 beginning at 12:30 p.m.. the UDC Police Department is  conducting active shooter training drills inside several buildings on the Van Ness campus.  This training exercise will involve a plainclothes police actor, uniformed police officers, simulation firearms, and the use of noisemaking devices to (blanks) to simulate gunshots.  Again it’s a simulation. Please don’t call 911. There will be MPD officers on the campus.  The media has  also been notified.
