Talent Capital Initiative

The Talent Capital initiative is a regionally coordinated response to the anticipated displacement of approximately 40,000 federal employees due to federal downsizing. This initiative seeks to establish a unified “front door” across the DMV region, connecting displaced federal workers to high-demand, future-ready career pathways, including certification programs in Project Management and Data Science/AI Applications, and professional career coaching, all at no cost to DC residents and displaced federal workers.
