Already signed in but want to change your password?

If you know your current password and just want to change it, use the Change Password option.CHANGE PASSWORD

All UDC students, faculty and staff are required to change their passwords every 90 days.

Your UDC credentials have been sent to your personal email and may be in your junk folder.

If you have not received the email, please contact admissions. Reach out to IT at 202-274-5985 if you have issues signing in.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra verification step when signing in to help keep your account secure. It requires more than just your username and password to verify your identity.

If you are not receiving your MFA code:

• Use the "Try another way" option to get your code using a different method.
• Try using Incognito mode in your web browser, then sign in again and try to receive your MFA code.

To access your UDC email:

• Go to my.udc.edu and find the Quick Links section, then select Office 365 Email.
• You can also access your UDC email by going to outlook.office.com and signing in using your UDC credentials. View the steps.

Go to my.udc.edu, find the Quick Links section, then select Office 365 Dashboard.

With your UDC login credentials, you can download and use the MS365 applications on up to five (5) devices at a time.

To connect to a WiFi network, sign in to the designated network for your group (student, staff, faculty, or guest) with your UDC credentials. Click on the links below for steps to connect.

For a campus-wide issue affecting all Wi-Fi networks, IT may already be aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Please check for updates or submit a ticket if you are still experiencing problems.

If there is a WiFi issue with a specific network, submit a ticket to the IT team.

1. Make sure the computer is connected to its power adapter.
2. Check that the power outlet is working.
3. Hold the power button for 10–15 seconds, then try turning it on again.

If the computer still does not turn on, submit a ticket for assistance.

1. Close any programs or browser tabs you are not using.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Check that your computer has enough available storage.
4. Install any pending system or software updates.

1. Wait a few minutes to see if the laptop responds.
2. If possible, close the unresponsive program.
3. If the laptop remains frozen, press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds until it turns off.
4. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to restart the laptop.

Faculty/Staff

1. Check that you have selected the correct printer before printing.
2. Make sure there is enough paper and ink or toner.
3. Cancel any stuck print jobs and try printing again.
4. Restart your computer and try again.

If you still cannot print, submit a ticket for assistance.
