The Administrative team oversees IT vendor partnerships, internal coordination and strategic planning to ensure technology initiatives align with the university’s mission. The team manages relationships with over 60 partners to bring innovative tools and services to campus. By collaborating with departments like Human Resources, Procurement and Academic Affairs, Business Operations helps streamline processes and improve service delivery. Through targeted training programs, covering technical skills, procurement workflows and customer service, the team ensures staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in a modern IT environment.
