The Enterprise Infrastructure team is responsible for managing networks, servers and cloud services to ensure employees can perform their duties without disruption. Individuals in this role also maintain system security, back up critical data and develop contingency plans for emergencies such as system failures. The team continuously monitors performance and resolves issues as they arise. The infrastructure team’s efforts contribute to the organization's operational efficiency, security and capacity for technological growth.
