Welcome to the Office of Marketing and Communications

The Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC) is led by a creative team of strategic marketing and communication professionals dedicated to advancing the university’s mission to internal and external constituents. MarCom’s goal is to provide the university community with timely and appropriate communication and marketing support.

The MarCom team collaborates with administrators, faculty, staff, students, public and private partners to publicize the university’s work and accomplishments through marketing and communication strategies that include, but are not limited to, content creation, event promotion, and social media campaigns.

The media relations division of the Office of Marketing and Communications enhances the university’s public image and visibility. They build and maintain relationships with journalists, disseminate news releases and coordinate media coverage of university events and achievements.
