Rental Rates and Payment Options

Rates - Lamond Riggs Kitchen

  • Full-Time | Starting at $1300/month. (Includes 25 hours of kitchen time, not to exceed 5 hours per day).
  • $200 daily (Includes 4 hours of kitchen time)
  • $45 hourly

Payment Options

1. Pay online via the UDC-CAUSES Payment Portal

  • Click Commercial Kitchen Rental.

2. Pay in person at the UDC Cashier's Office, located on the Van Ness campus on the 2nd floor of Building 39, in Room 201 (directly in front of the elevators). Payments are accepted Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (except holidays). The phone number to the Cashier’s Office is 202-274-5112. We accept cash, check, money order and credit card (no American Express).

  • Complete the payment form (provided by the course facilitator, Dr. Carlton Crockett) and take it with you to the Cashier’s Office.
  • Email a copy of the receipt to [email protected]

Please note: Dates requested by the user are not reserved until the commercial kitchen application has been fully executed.
