UDC Opening at 10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 23

The University of the District of Columbia’s academic and administrative offices will open at 10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 23. All on-campus activities, including athletic-related activities, will resume regular operations at 10 a.m.

Staff: Contact your immediate supervisor with questions and further instructions.

Faculty: Reach out to your immediate supervisor and/or the dean for questions and further instructions.

Students: Due to inclement weather, the university will be closed to face-to-face operations until 10 a.m. All classes scheduled to take place before 10 a.m. are cancelled.

The safety and security of our students, faculty, staff and the broader community remain our top priority. We will continue to provide updates regarding the status of the university’s academic and administrative offices as conditions change.

Commercial kitchen

Application

Thank you for choosing UDC commercial kitchen as your food and beverage production location. This application will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Before starting the application, please have an electronic copy of your business license available. You will be required to upload a valid business license. Also, please have available in electronic form your food handler certificate and kitchen management certificate, as you will be required to upload both certificates before submitting your application.

Kindly note that this application includes questions that require an answer/response; therefore, you will not be allowed to move forward unless you provide an answer or response to said questions. If you forget to include information to a question that you previously answered, DO NOT PANIC! You will be allowed to go back. Simply just click the back error key and you will be allowed to return to previous questions.

After starting the application, you are not required to complete the application in one sitting. However, you must complete the entire application within 72 hours. If you do not complete the application within 72 hours, when you return to the application, you will be required to start at the very beginning. Also, after 72 hours, information that was previously added to the application will not be saved.
