Student Housing Development
Request for Qualifications: UDCF P3 Housing
The University of the District of Columbia Foundation (the “Foundation”), a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the University of the District of Columbia (“UDC”), hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit interest from qualified development teams for a Public–Private Partnership (P3) to design, build, operate, and maintain a new on-campus student housing facility of approximately 350 beds. The deadline to submit responses to the RFQ is Friday, March 6. Any questions about the project must be submitted in writing to the contacts below by February 19.
The proposed project is intended to support UDC’s academic mission by establishing access to high-quality, affordable student housing and enhancing the campus environment. The Foundation anticipates selecting a private development partner through a competitive procurement process starting with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
