Advising Forms for Students

All continuing students must be advised in order to receive their PINs to register for each semester.  First semester students do not receive PIN’s they must be registered and advised by their advisor.  If you have a PIN you can CLICK HERE to register. • Schedule Matrix –This form helps you visually map out your time in and out of class.
  
  
• Schedule Worksheet –This form helps you map out what courses you want to take and create alternate courses in case the courses or sections you prefer are not being offered.
  
• Course Catalog – This guide allows you to explore the different majors UDC has to offer and see specific requirements for each major. Keep in mind that some courses have prerequisites that may be in addition to what is listed in the course guide. If you are seriously considering a major we recommend you make an appointment to speak to an advisor in that major department.
