Welcome to UDC-CC’s Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OPIE). In support of the evaluation and planning efforts of the college, OPIE conducts studies that examine the activities of its academic programs, environment, policies, and services. That information is shared with UDC’s key decision-makers and select stakeholders of the UDC community.

In cooperation with UDC’s Institutional Research & Planning Department, we assist academic programs, services, and other units of the Community College in gathering information for reports that measure programmatic outcomes.
