How to Request a Duplicate Diploma

Students may reorder a diploma using one of three convenient methods: by mail, in person (walk-in), or online through the registrar’s UStore.

Walk-In

Visit the registrar's office on the Van Ness campus to submit your request in person. The registrar is located in Building 39, Suite A-135. Once you have submitted your request, visit the cashier's office to pay the fee.

Fee: $50
Payment methods: Cash, personal check, or credit card (paid at the university cashier’s office)

Mail-In

Send a written request including:

  • full name (as it appeared on your original diploma)
  • current mailing address
  • major
  • degree earned
  • graduation date
  • daytime phone number
