UDC Winter Break Closure: See You in 2025!
Though many offices at the University of the District of Columbia will be closed during winter break, Dec. 23-Jan. 1, students and employees will have continued access to a host of resources. Here are some of the highlights:
Winter Closure Information
UDC academic and administrative offices will be closed beginning Monday, Dec. 23. Access to all campuses will resume Jan. 2, 2025. If you need assistance with admissions, advising, financial aid, student records or student accounts during the closure, please call the 24/7 help hub at 202.274.5941.
If your matter is urgent, please contact the Office of Public Safety & Emergency Management at 202.274.5050 for immediate assistance.
Student Resources During the Break: Crisis Counseling, Welltrack BoostApp, and More
The Counseling and Wellness Center will be closed during the winter break, but students can still be connected with a crisis counselor via the main number, 202.274.6000. Additional resources such as self-help tools, stress relief and relaxation exercises are also accessible.
Students can also download the Welltrack Boost App or visit their website. Registration using a UDC email address is free, and comes with a host of self-help tools, including: wellness assessments; self-guided courses to address topics like depression, anxiety, and sleep; and tools such as a thought diary and Zen room.
