Maintenance Request
To submit a request, complete the Maintenance Request form via this link. Requests are reviewed and sent to appropriate staff for follow-up, with most being handled within 24 to 48 hours. After you have submitted your maintenance requests your Resident Advisor will submit it at the concierge desk of AVA Van Ness/3003 Van Ness and follow-up with you all. For emergency maintenance request, please call the RA on Duty phone at 202.770.8416. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
