Maintenance Request

To submit a request, complete the Maintenance Request form via this link. Requests are reviewed and sent to appropriate staff for follow-up, with most being handled within 24 to 48 hours. After you have submitted your maintenance requests your Resident Advisor will submit it at the concierge desk of AVA Van Ness/3003 Van Ness and follow-up with you all.
