Assess institutional readiness, define the initiative’s direction, and establish its governance structure.
Develop institutional policies, communication strategies, and processes for accountability and engagement.
Finalize the AI policy and develop frameworks for teaching, learning, research, and institutional AI literacy.
Launch targeted pilot projects, evaluate their impact, and use the findings to guide future expansion.
