The 2023 Women of Color STEM Award Winner Is UDC Assistant Professor Dr. Briana Wellman

Dr. Briana Wellman, an associate professor of computer science in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) at the University of the District of Columbia, has been selected to receive a “Technology Rising Star” award at the upcoming 2023 Women of Color STEM DTX Conference on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 3:00 PM in Detroit, Mich. This is a national award and the fifth in a row awarded to UDC’s innovative research facility. For more information, click here.
