UDC Urban Waters Ambassador and Community to Career C2 Academy Director Xavier Brown presented “Urban Waterways Partnership and the Anacostia River” at the 16th annual Rooting DC event on March 1. Sponsored by the Department of Energy & Environment and the Government of the District of Columbia, this year’s meeting took place in person in Ward 8 for the first time.
