Women’s tennis team player selected as East Coast Conference nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year Award

Women’s tennis team player selected as East Coast Conference nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year AwardSimoné Pärn, a UDC graduate student in biology from Pärnu, Estonia, has been selected as one of two nominees to represent the East Coast Conference (ECC), advancing in the NCAA Woman of the Year process. Pärn is one of 151 student-athletes in the country chosen to represent their conferences.

“The East Coast Conference is excited to have Simone Pärn as one of the conference nominees for the NCAA Woman of the Year honors,” says ECC Commissioner Dr. Robert Dranoff. “Simone is clearly one of the top student-athletes in the ECC, excelling in the classroom, the tennis court and in service to the UDC community.
