For incoming Computer Science, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity Students

Two Weeks, July 7 – July 18, 2025

The CUE Summer Bridge Program is a two-week academic enrichment experience designed to support incoming freshmen pursuing degrees in computing. The program features interactive workshops in computer science, mathematics, and college success skills such as time management, study strategies, and academic planning.

This program is part of a learning community for Computing in Undergraduate Education (CUE) program—a collaborative effort among six Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs):

  • University of the District of Columbia (UDC)
  • Winston-Salem State University
  • Hampton University
  • Florida A&M University
  • Mississippi Valley State University
  • Norfolk State University

The summer bridge experience helps students build a strong academic foundation, form peer and faculty connections, and transition confidently into their first year of college.
