Dr. Paul Cotae The School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) Research Center at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) is a center of excellence in research, education, evaluation, and transfer of new technology.

The SEAS Research Center performs research for large and small companies, government agencies, and organizations focused on solving engineering problems giving partners access to state-of-the-art biomedical, nanotechnology, cyber security, advanced communication, and specialized equipment.

The SEAS Research Center provides long term partnership with industry, product design and commercialization, quick completion of projects, publications, and technology transfer.
