Opportunities for High School Students and Teachers

High school students interested in BS degree in STEM fields at AMP3 universities are encouraged to contact us. We offer summer internships and provide mentorship for high school students’ projects. Minority students are strongly encouraged to apply. High schools in the Washington DC area and MD-DC-VA regions are welcome to visit UDC and AMP3 institutes. Please contact AMP3 institutes for tours and hands-on activities in the field of additive manufacturing, nanotechnology, and future career advising.

We also offer workshops about next-generation technologies for high school students. Please check our News and Events for future activities. We cordially welcome high school teachers to partner with us to take advantage of several funded opportunities via AMP3 for them and their students. We encourage students from the following local schools to connect with us.

  • McKinley Tech (Kenneth Lesley)
  • Wilson High School
  • Charter Schools
  • Math Academy

DC high school students can also benefit from Marion Berry-summer funding opportunities to experience unique learning and work opportunities at UDC. These opportunities will be supplemented by AMP3.
