Deadline for the Event Sponsorship Program Approaching

The deadline for applications for the Event Sponsorship Program is fast approaching. If you would like to host an event that will take place between October 1, 2015 and May 31, 2016, the application is due on Tuesday, September 1.

With the Event Sponsorship Program, up to $4000 can be requested to support events which involve participants from more than one ORAU institution. For more information on the award and the application process, please visit the Event Sponsorship Program page on the Members Only website.

Community of Science – Web-based information system designed to help researchers locate funding opportunities.

eRA Commons – The electronic Research Administration (eRA) is a virtual meeting place used by a community as a whole for the exchange of research grants administration information. Provided by the NIH, “Commons” is a place where NIH extramural grantee organizations, grantees, and the public can receive and transmit information about the administration of biomedical and behavioral research.

FindIt.org – A collection of online resources for nonprofit organizations.

Firstgov – This site, a rich treasure of online information, services and resources, provides official information and services from the U.S. government. Whatever you want or need from the U.S. government, it’s here.

Foundation Center – Information clearinghouse for foundation grants.

Fundsnet Online Services – Offers a variety of online research resources.

Grants.gov – Allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in Federal grants. It is also the access point for over 1,000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant making agencies.
