Sergey Ivanov, Ph.D.

Dr. Sergey Ivanov is a Professor of Management at UDC's School of Business and Public Administration. His research focuses on organizational studies and leadership, exploring the dynamics of manager-subordinate relationships and the impact of leadership vacuums. As an Associate Editor of The International Journal of Organizational Innovation, he contributes to global discussions on management and innovation. His work includes contributions to NSF-funded initiatives and curriculum development for business education.
