Dr. Matthew Fraidin is an accomplished legal scholar and advocate specializing in child welfare, foster care, and family defense. As Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Clinical and Experiential Education at UDC’s David A. Clarke School of Law, he has dedicated his career to experiential learning and policy reform.
