Helene Lois Krauthamer, Ph.D., is a faculty member in the Division of Arts and Humanities at UDC, specializing in English. She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from SUNY Buffalo and has a strong background in grammar, game-based learning, and writing pedagogy. Krauthamer has authored two books: The Great Pronoun Shift and Spoken Language Interference Patterns in Written English. She is an active leader, serving as a representative to the UDC-NEA Faculty Association and coordinating the English B.A. program. Her research interests include linguistics, rhetoric, and online teaching.
