Heather Magdaline Bruce, Ph.D., is the Program Director for Adult Education at UDC. Her scholarly work focuses on action research to empower educators and improve student learning. Bruce has extensive experience in program review, grant administration, and professional development for adult educators. She leads the OSSE AFE Action Research Distance Learning Projects and has been recognized by Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies.
