Fatma Elshobokshy serves as Executive Director of the UDC Online Division and is a higher education leader with more than 15 years of experience in online education, digital learning, instructional innovation, and institutional transformation.
Her work focuses on building sustainable models for online education that align academic quality, technology, faculty support, student services, compliance, enrollment, and retention.
She is particularly interested in expanding equitable access, strengthening digital capacity at HBCUs and minority-serving institutions, and using AI and emerging technologies to improve teaching, learning, student success, and operational efficiency.
