Fatma Elshobokshy is the Director of the Center for the Advancement of Learning, where she plays a pivotal role in implementing a comprehensive digital learning strategy. She leverages technology and diverse instructional methods to enhance the teaching and learning culture. In this capacity, Elshobokshy leads and informs institutional strategies for innovation in instructional technologies, recommending advancements in educational technology, learning design and continuous improvement within Academic Affairs.
Elshobokshy directs infrastructure transformations and strengthens quality assurance for distance learning courses and programs. Collaborating with academic programs, she works to expand distance learning offerings and partners with deans, department chairs, administrative directors, faculty and staff to foster a culture that enhances the overall educational experience.
In 2025, Elshobokshy was invited to serve as a monthly contributor to Education Technology Insights magazine, sharing thought leadership on digital learning, instructional design and innovation in higher education.
