Fatma Elshobokshy serves as Executive Director of the UDC Online Division, where she provides strategic leadership for initiatives that advance digital learning, instructional innovation and institutional capacity.
In this role, she collaborates with academic and administrative leaders, faculty and staff to support the development of high-quality learning experiences and strengthen the university’s approach to online education. Her work includes guiding institutional priorities related to educational technology, learning design, quality assurance, faculty support and continuous improvement.
Elshobokshy also contributes to broader efforts that expand access to academic programs, enhance digital infrastructure and promote innovative approaches to teaching and learning across the university.
Her professional interests focus on expanding equitable access to high-quality education, leveraging technology to remove barriers to student success and strengthening digital innovation and institutional capacity at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other minority-serving institutions.
