Quality Matters at UDC

UDC’s academic and administrative policies reflect a firm commitment to preserving the quality of our distance education courses and programs. In 2023, the Center for the Advancement of Learning (CAL) launched a program aimed at enhancing UDC’s Quality Assurance for Distance Learning, ensuring its effectiveness, and identifying areas requiring improvement to expand our online offerings while maintaining high standards.

Despite UDC’s longstanding partnership with Quality Matters for over a decade, this initiative has provided us with the opportunity to employ QM’s Official Course Review process. This will lead to enhanced course alignment, quality, and consistency in distance learning. Ultimately, it will enable us to expand our range of offerings, guaranteeing that our constituents have access to high-quality distance learning opportunities.
