Beginning the 2019-2020 school year, the Office of Financial Aid has a new document submission platform called Student Forms. This new platform allows students/parents to complete and sign most documents electronically. If your documents are eligible for electronic submission, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org to create a Student Forms account. Please note that at this time, the following forms must be completed in paper form.
