Cheyenne Barber

Cheyenne Helena Barber is a senior at the University of the District of Columbia, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Cheyenne was sworn in as the Student Representative to UDC’s Board of Trustees in May 2021. She is actively involved on campus as a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Society of Leadership, and the program coordinator for UDC’s Prayer Works Club. As a fourth generation Washingtonian, and the great granddaughter of former D.C. Superior Court Judge John D. Fauntleroy, she plans to continue her family’s legacy and work in social justice. She strives to bring unity to all UDC’s campuses, and represent the University’s diverse student body to the best of her ability.
