Update: Building 4250 to Reopen on Monday, July 25, for Specific Floors

Please be advised of the following update for Building 4250 on the Van Ness campus:

Open on Monday, July 25: 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Floors

The HVAC system has been restored and is now cooling the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors. Occupants can return to these floors on Monday, July 25. 

Restricted Until Further Notice: 2nd and 3rd Floors

The HVAC system affecting the 2nd and 3rd floors remains under repair. These floors will remain restricted until further notice.

Employees working on or requiring access to the 2nd or 3rd floor should discuss alternative workstation arrangements with their supervisor. A staff member from the Office of Real Estate and Facilities Management will contact affected supervisors on Monday, and supervisors may also reach out to the Office with questions.
