Welcome our new Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Management

Javier Dussan, Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Management began working at UDC on August 2, 2021. Javier comes to us from Inter-American Development Bank, where he served as the Head of the Planning, Design, and Construction for the Headquarter Buildings. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities projects, and business program development.

In his current role, Javier oversees the Office of Facilities and Real Estate Management and leads all physical space planning, policies, and procedures; operational and capital construction projects, to include space renovations and relocations; lease development; plant maintenance; and janitorial services.
