Message on Japan From Dr. Sessoms

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The disastrous earthquake and tsunami in Japan has caused grief we can only imagine.   The news video and images portray only a portion of the misery that is gripping that region now.  I ask everyone in our university community and our city to do what they can to help the people of Japan recover from this tragedy.  President Obama has pledged assistance to Japan, and I am asking you to go to www.redcross.org and help in any way you feel is appropriate.
