Our Mission

The Office of Human Resources strives to develop, promote and maintain a diverse workforce and student-centered learning environment that will facilitate the University’s mission and strategic goals. We are committed to the development and retention of outstanding academic, professional and personnel support. Our goal is to be a catalyst for both the public government and University community in maintaining policies, programs and efficient processes.

To accomplish this, we offer a wide variety of services to include: one-on-one management recruitment consultation in aligning the right fit with need, performance management, to include performance improvement plans, desk audits, work life balance programs through outsourcing employee assistance consultancy, workforce development training, special emphasis programs designed to ward off discrimination in all practice areas and other human resources needs of the community.
