The “Wellness Works” campaign aims to raise DC Employee Health Benefits Program (DCEHBP) participants’ awareness of rewards they may be eligible for through their healthcare provider. In partnership with healthcare vendors, the DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR) wants to ensure employees reap the full benefits of their worksite wellness program, which, depending on carrier, may include various incentives and rewards for making healthy lifestyle choices and engaging in specific health-related activities. In addition, DCHR will host eight onsite health screening events, which are open to all employees regardless of carrier and may meet the criteria for the various rewards programs.
