UDC’s next strategic plan takes shape

Over the past six months, the UDC community has been instrumental in helping to help define and shape the University’s next strategic plan. UDC’s administrative leadership gathered on January 20 with LINK Strategic Partners for a strategic planning working session to develop the overarching goals and sub-goals based on the input from a broad cross-section of UDC students, staff, faculty, alumni and external stakeholders. On January 26, the University’s Cabinet members met to refine the language further. In February, additional focus groups for students and faculty will be held along with an update to the UDC Board of Trustees. A town hall for the entire UDC community will also be held in the upcoming months to share the draft of the strategic plan. To learn more about the strategic planning process, please click here.
