UDC Vice President of Research among Wharton Club of DC honorees

Dr. Victor McCrary, vice president for Research and professor of chemistry, received the Joseph Wharton Award at the Wharton Club of DC’s 51st Annual Joseph Wharton Award Dinner for Leading Wharton and Penn Alumni in Washington, DC on December 9, 2022. McCrary was honored with six other recipients at this annual event. McCrary (MSE ’95) is a graduate and former lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s (UPenn) Executive Master’s in Technology Management (EMTM) Program. This former joint program offered courses from the School of Engineering & Applied Science and the Wharton School of Business. McCrary was honored for his contributions to both research and innovation and his public service.
