Undergraduate Certificate Program in Nonprofit Leadership
The Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership prepares students to lead nonprofit organizations. In specific, the program also provides current entry-level nonprofit professionals with the knowledge and skills required to advance their careers. Students who complete all certificate requirements are also eligible to apply for the Certified Nonprofit Professional credential. The Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential is the only national credential that combines critical skills and knowledge, practical experience, and a national perspective.
The Certificate curriculum is established on a competency-based curriculum developed by the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. All courses must be completed with a grade of C or higher.
The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Student Association Baccalaureate degree is required to receive the CNP credential through Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
*Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree can use these courses as university-wide electives at UDC
