UDC’s Performance Appraisal Process
for Non Faculty Employees

The University of the District of Columbia’s annual Performance Cycle begins September 1 and ends August 31 of each year. The tool that is used during the Performance Cycle by both employees and supervisors to document performance is called the Performance Management Record, or PMR. Each section is used at a different point during the Performance Cycle.

Performance Management Record

Once you have identified your strategic goals, you can input them into the following forms for use throughout the performance cycle.

Individual Development Plan

This section will be used throughout the Cycle to identify learning needs, interests, and goals, organize plans, and keep track of progress.
