Overview
Welcome to the Peer Mentoring Training for Mentees at UDC and BCU. In this training, you will develop competencies to be an effective, culturally responsive peer mentor, while also improving your STEM self-efficacy and identity.
Navigating the Training
Begin the training by reading the “Get Started” document, followed by the “Training Guide,” which outlines all the tasks that need to be completed.
