What is BP-10?
MBSYEP is requiring all participants to take the Gallup BP10 Assessment/Survey, an interactive 30-minute survey that will help students identify their innate talents and provide action items for how to apply their strengths to succeed on any path they pursue–college, career, or entrepreneurship. A live explanation by Gallup professionals introduces the survey and provides instructions. The BP10 was originally developed as a tool to identify top innate qualities that successful business builders (entrepreneurs) share. After receiving promising results in a pilot program in 2018, UDC and its partners are now researching how the BP10 can serve as part of a broader indication of academic and business potential, especially as it relates to the ability to complete tasks. For site administrators, school administrators, parents, and caregivers, UDC will provide you with a link to a BP10 explanation video and practical guide for how participants can access the survey and their results.
