Dr. Arlene King-Berry receives award from Quality Trust Organization

Dr. Arlene King-Berry recently received an award for her commitment to improving life for people with disabilities from Quality Trust organization. Dr. King-Berry joined Quality Trust’s Board in 2011.  Arlene has been a dedicated board member sharing her expertise and connections to support the QT mission.   In her role with the University of the District of Columbia, she has used her expertise to collaborate with Quality Trust on various grant proposals and support new initiatives to improve opportunities for people with disabilities in DC.  She has served as the Chair of the QT Program & Policy committee since 2013 and, as a member of QT’s Executive Committee, also served on the Governance Committee supporting the boards continued leadership evolution.  She has demonstrated her commitment to improving life for people with disabilities in DC by connecting QT to leaders within the city. We will miss her valuable insight and deep expertise and are deeply grateful for her many contributions over the past 7 years.
