Class Reunion
It’s time to reconnect with classmates and friends, revisit and honor your storied past, and light the path for future generations to follow. Planning is underway for the 50th Class Reunion and Graduation Anniversary of the Class of 1973. The University of the District of Columbia is looking forward to connecting with graduates from our legacy institutions, D.C. Teachers College, Federal City College, and Washington Technical Institute. In three short months, we will celebrate this momentous occasion with unforgettable events. To finalize current plans, the Office of Alumni Affairs needs your assistance to ensure events are meaningful.
Please let us know if you are coming. Your RSVP is essential and required to participate in events. Please utilize this link to register your participation in upcoming festivities.

Class of 1973 Pledge
The University of the District of Columbia is asking the Class of 1973 to please consider a Class Gift supporting the Student Emergency Assistance Fund. Tuition costs are substantially higher when compared to your time in school, and yet the low cost did not diminish the quality of teaching and scholarship extended to you some fifty years ago. The University still offers an affordable and quality education, but the cost of living in the nation’s capital places the dream of a college degree farther away. As our students recover from the pandemic, they still need our help with necessities. Your support will provide much needed assistance to the most vulnerable students, whose numbers have grown.
Please pay it forward and give back. Consider a pledge and pay over time or a one-time gift today. Firebirds will continue to soar, knowing that graduates from our legacy institutions still believe that education should always be accessible.
