Building a diverse and inclusive technical workforce requires commitment, innovation, and long-term collaboration between leaders in industry, education, and government. In this session, learn how education and skills training initiatives developed in collaboration with AWS education programs are helping Historically Black Colleges and Universities, community colleges, and other education institutions upskill and reskill the future and current technical workforce. Hear from leaders from Miami Dade College, the University of the District of Columbia, and Bowie State University on how they are diversifying the tech talent pipeline.
