Commencement 2016 Invitation Pick Up Schedule
Invitations and admit cards (6) for Commencement 2016 may be picked up from the Office of Student Life and Services, Van Ness Campus, Building 38, Room A-11 on the following dates and times:
Monday, May 2nd: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Tuesday, May 3rd-Thursday May 5th: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Friday, May 6th: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Monday, May 9th: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Tuesday, May 10th & Wednesday, May 11th: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Thursday, May 12th: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM; 5:00 PM-until (Commencement Rehearsal, Sports Complex—gym)

Our last class meeting will take place on Saturday, April 23rd , 10:00 AM, Van Ness Campus, Student Center, Heritage Hall, Level B. Updated class and commencement-related information will be provided at this meeting.

Cap and Gown Pictures
If you did not have the opportunity to take cap and gown pictures, you still have time to do so. You can take your cap and gown pictures at Earl Howard Studios until Saturday, April 30th!!!!

Financial Aid Exit Counseling Session
If you received financial aid in the form of student loans during your matriculation at the University, please adhere to the schedule below regarding completing your exit counseling session. This is a mandatory requirement from the US Department of Education.

The Votes Are In!!! Thank you for participating in the Class Gift Survey. The top two choices for a class gift was a scholarship from the class and a room in the Student Center for child care. The class officers and the Class Gift Committee will be working with the University regarding the voted upon class gifts. Stay tuned for additional information regarding class gift payment options.

Invitations: Graduates participating in the Spring 2016 Commencement will be able to receive six (6) invitations. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks regarding invitation distribution (dates, times, locations, etc.).
Request for US Embassy Letter: If you are inviting international guests (individuals who reside outside of the US) to Commencement, please complete the Request for US Embassy Letter Form (attached) and submit it to the Office of the Registrar (Van Ness Campus).
**Additional commencement information will be provided in the coming weeks.

- Grad Finale 2016: Wednesday, March 23rd and Thursday, March 24th , 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, Van Ness Campus, Student Center, Heritage Hall, Level B. During this event, you will be able to order regalia (cap, gown, hood, tassel), take cap and gown pictures, order class rings and more!! - Earl Howard Studios Price Update for Grad Finale: The sitting fee of $10.00 is for four poses and $15.00 for eight poses.

This form is for International Students who are inviting relatives to commencement from outside the US. The form needs to be completed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
Regalia Purchase and Pick-Up
Pre-Orders (Orders made before March 25th)
Any student who placed their order by March 25th or at the Grad Fair in March, your pre-packaged orders will arrive soon. You will be notified when your orders have arrived and are available for pick up at your University Bookstore (Bldg. 39 A Level). Please be sure to present your receipt and school ID.
Orders after the Pre-Order Date of March 25th
For students who placed their orders by March 25th, you will beable to pick up regalia beginning Tuesday, April 12th at 12 noon.Members of the Bookstore staff will be set up near Heritage Hall in the new Student Center to distribute regalia. We will also help you assemble your graduation attire. Please be sure to present your receipt and school ID.
For students who haven’t place an order, please go to the bookstore to complete an order form and purchase your regalia items. Afterwards, take the form and receipt to the Student Center, and we will help you assemble your graduation attire. Please be sure to present your receipt and school ID.
