Ms. Katie Nailler - Director of Career and Professional Development Center

Ms. Katie Nailler is currently of the Director of Career and Professional Development Center at the University of the District of Columbia.  Ms. Nailler has over 14 years of experience developing and maintaining strong career services programs and employer relations as well as counseling traditional and adult students in their career decisions. Prior to her time at the University of the District of Columbia, Ms. Nailler was the Assistant Director of Career Services at University of Maryland University College and worked at West Virginia University, College of Engineering and Mineral Resources where she was involved in career development, workforce development and human resources projects.  Ms. Nailler is also an online adjunct instructor for various universities throughout the US. Ms. Nailler holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology from West Virginia University.
